Who can participate?
Anyone 18 years or older who’s curious about careers in aerospace or automobility (automotive and advanced manufacturing) — no previous experience required.
Do I need a technical background?
No. We welcome participants from all backgrounds — whether you’re interested in technical careers (like engineering or mechanics) or business and support roles such as marketing, HR, finance, sales, or project coordination.
What industries are represented?
You’ll hear from professionals working in:
• Aerospace
• Automobility / Advanced manufacturing
• Transportation innovation sectors
Is this a training program?
No, this is not a formal training or certification program. These are free information and networking sessions designed to help you explore career opportunities and connect with professionals in the field.
Is there any cost?
No. Participation is completely free.
Where and when are the events?
• April 22 – In-person session in Mississauga
• April 23 & 30 – Online sessions via Google Meets (links will be provided upon registration)
What can I expect at the sessions?
You’ll meet professionals at every level, from recent grads to senior executives. They’ll share:
• How they got into the field
• What kinds of roles are in demand
• The skills employers are looking for
• How to take your first (or next) step into the industry
Will I get mentorship or job leads?
These sessions offer a chance to build your network. You may meet people who can mentor you or connect you with job opportunities — while placements aren’t guaranteed, the doors to opportunity definitely open here.

Our program connects individuals aged 18 and above in Ontario to careers in the automotive and mobility sectors through networking, mentorship, and industry education. With a special focus on individuals from underrepresented groups, the program aims to bridge the gap between career opportunities and the next generation of diverse professionals.

Our program is all about empowering individuals aged 18+ in Ontario who are curious about careers in the automotive and mobility sectors. While open to all, we especially encourage participation from those who identify as Indigenous, Black, 2SLGBTQIA+, francophone, women, persons with disabilities, or other underrepresented groups in these industries. Whether you’re just starting to explore these fields or looking to level up your career, this program is here to help you thrive.

Additional Programming:
We’ve been organizing private workshops, fireside chat and mentoring sessions with groups from colleges, universities, community centers, and others within our target audience.
